All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We partner with a trusted third-party courier service to ensure your items are delivered securely and efficiently.

  • Delivery Time: Your order will arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer competitive flat-rate shipping. Any promotions for free shipping will be clearly stated at checkout.

We entrust our courier partners with the timely delivery of your items. While we do our best to ensure a smooth process, please understand that delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier service.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may exchange it under the following conditions:

  • No Returns: We do not offer returns for a refund. However, you can easily exchange your item for a different size or product, and the value will be provided as store credit.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Free Exchanges: The exchange service is free of cost.

  • How to Initiate an Exchange:

    1. Send an email to corecltv@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange Request - [Your Order ID]."

    2. In the email, please specify the item you wish to exchange and the new item or size you would like.

    3. Our agent will review and approve your request within 1-2 business days.

  • Exchange Process: Once your request is approved, our courier partner will be dispatched with your new parcel. You must hand over the original item to the rider at the time of delivery of the new parcel.

Please note, we reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet our policy requirements.
